ABOUT THE BOOTCAMPS
At any given time we have over 30 different Bootcamp locations running across Ontario. Please check out our locations page to find the Bootcamp closest to you!.
Our Morning Bootcamps run Monday, Wednesday & Friday unless otherwise noted. Our Evening Bootcamps run either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. (the schedule is location specific, so please check your location for exact schedule.)
Each location runs a 6AM and/or a 6:30PM class. Some locations will run additional timeslots based on demand. (7AM & 7:30PM) Check the location closest to you for the timeslots that are running in each particular session.
Each class runs 1 hour.
No! Best Body Bootcamp runs all year round! From late April to early October we are outside in the parks. From late fall – to early spring we run our camps indoors! However some locations do go on hiatus from time to time, so check the location your interested in for the schedule
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We have 2 Packages: A Month to Month Membership or our Best Body For Life 12 Month Membership.
Month to Month Membership -
3x a week in in the AM - $227 per month until you cancel /
2x a week in in the PM - $157 per month until you cancel
Best Body For Life 12 Month membership -
3x a week in in the AM - $177 per month for 12 months
2x a week in in the PM - $127 per month for 12 months
Our Best Body For Life 12 Month Membership offers a price break. Please check our Packages & Pricing page for more details. We also have a Referral Program.
If you wish to join for any number of classes less than package minimum, the session package price will no longer apply. Each class will be charged at a per-class rate of $20 (+tx) Per-Class packages are subject to availability. (Members signing up for the full month will be given priority) and must be arranged via head office.
You can book online using Visa or Mastercard.
As a safety precaution, none of our trainers carry money, nor are they permitted as per our location permits to accept payments on site. All payments must be completed online in advance.
If you have been lucky enough to receive one of our $25 Dollar "refer a friend" Gift Cards or another promotional code, simply enter the 10-digit number or word code into the promocode box when booking.
Each Gift Card/Promocode is good for a single use only, and cannot be used in combination with any other promocodes or offers.

OUR TRAINERS
Our instructors are all certified as personal trainers, many with kinesiology degrees and extensive backgrounds in sports, nutrition and rehabilitation. They are also trained in CPR and First Aid.
Contrary to the term "Bootcamp", this is not a military style fitness program! Our instructors never ridicule! That said, you will certainly be pushed and motivated, but only to the extent of your own physical abilities and limitations!
OUR BOOTCAMPERS
It helps, but we encourage Men & Women of all fitness levels to join the Best Body Bootcamp. Our initial assessment will allow us to gauge your fitness level and customize your exercise program to ensure each and every workout is challenging and safe. The instructors are trained to show variations of the exercises to make sure that you are always pushing yourself, but within your own level of fitness.
We have people from all walks of life who participate in our Bootcamps! From the beginners who have never worked out before, to the advanced exercisers looking for variety and a new level of challenge and excitement in their workouts.
While the majority of our bootcampers are women, we are a co-ed Bootcamp and welcome men equally!
Our minimum age for participation is 18 yrs, but we leave our maximum up to you!
GIMME ALL THE DETAILS!
You will need to bring a medium strength resistance band (that the rubber tubing with handles on the ends that looks a bit like a skipping rope!) and a yoga mat, both of which you can purchase directly from us. You will also need to wear comfortable, breathable workout gear and appropriate running shoes. We strongly recommend that you bring a water bottle and a small towel as well.
You will record your measurements so that you can track where you have lost inches and gained muscle. We have steered away from weight and body fat percentages because they are usually not a true measure of your results and tend to discourage many people. We stress that numbers are not as important as your improved energy levels, strength, and confidence! Your overall health is much more important! You will also be put through a fit test, made up of several timed exercises, which you will record
* Every day is different. So you never know what to expect so you never get bored of the same routine. Major muscle groups are divided up: one day of the week the main focus is legs, and on the other two days we divide up upper body muscles. Each day incorporates a cardiovascular component to get your heart rate up, as well as a focus on the core and abdominals. * Our workouts Think Outside the Gym of your typical and sometimes tedious routine. Each day is challenging in a different way, so
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you achieve your Best Body.

Results vary depending on your effort level, attendance and eating habits. Performance and endurance improvement can take place in as little as one week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks. Remember, everyone is different.
LET'S TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER
Best Body Bootcamp runs rain or shine! hot or cold! So during our outdoor season, please dress appropriately for the weather (waterproof outerwear, layers for warmth/cool, hat, gloves, etc…).
If the rain is extremely heavy, in conjunction with lightning which may threaten bodily harm, your instructor will make the call to cancel class one half hour prior to the start time. Your instructor will then set up an alternate make up class. This make-up class will most likely be held on the adjacent Tuesday or Thursday of that week. If you are not contacted by your instructor stating otherwise, consider your class a go!
The decision to cancel class will not happen until at least a half hour prior to the start of class, due to the unpredictability of the weather. You will be contacted by your instructor via email or phone with any changes or cancellations on the date of the session. Any cancellations will also be posted on our facebook page.
GENERAL POLICIES
Classes missed during a session cannot be carried over into another session. You can, however, pick up a class in an alternate timeslot within the session. (ie: if you're going to miss a morning class, you can slip into an evening class, and vice versa) This needs to be arranged with the office or with the trainer at that location. There are NO CREDITS for missed classes.
* If for any reason a change needs to be made to your order a $20 admin fee will apply. * You cannot transfer a session forward once the session has begun. 7 day notice prior to the start date is required.
You can switch to the Best Body for Life 12 Month Package at any time by contacting the office to make arrangements, however the session fees cannot be adjusted retroactively.
All 12 Month Packages must be completed consecutively, but can be put on hold ONCE for a maximum of 2 months to accommodate holidays, injuries, etc... This must be arranged with BBBC head office.
Payments however will not be placed on hold, and will be withdrawn as scheduled*
If at any time you need to cancel your Best Body for Life 12 Month Membership, you will simply be charged back the difference in cost as if you had registered for the Month to Month package. (a difference of $50+tx per month) PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel a membership, it must be done 7 days prior to the start of the next session or a $50 Cancelation fee will apply.
If you are unable to attend Bootcamp, we can offer you a refund provided we receive notice PRIOR to your session start date. Cutoff time for refund is 7 days prior to your session start date. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund. If we are notified after this point there will be NO refunds issued. This is due to the fact that you had reserved a spot in the class that we can no longer fill once the session has started.
CHANGES TO BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE
Yes, we require a certain number of participants to run a bootcamp class. On the rare occasion that the minimum requirement is not met, we may have to cancel that class. Should this occur, every effort will be made to accommodate the registrants in another timeslot or location. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be made, a refund will be promptly issued.
In the event that one of your regularly scheduled classes falls on a statutory holiday, the class will not be held on that date. An alternate make up date will be arranged prior to the start of the session, of which you will be notified of via email. The general rule is that it will happen on the day adjacent to the holiday.
On rare occasions, due to circumstance beyond our control, we may have to change the location of your session with very little notice (garbage strike, structural damage, permit conflicts, etc…) We will do everything in our power to find an alternate location in close proximity to the original location and notification will be made via email and phone notifications. We will not issue any refunds based on location changes within 5km.
