Our functional workouts are methodically built on a foundation of scientific Program Designincorporating movement patterns along different planes. Using what we call "Phasic Progression" (TM), your muscles go through confusion, adaptation and stabilization. This causes your body, metabolism and nervous system to coordinate with each other and helps your muscles "get it" faster and remember longer.
You will witness your own progression more clearly and you'll feel your confidence grow.
Our workouts are also a replacement to the gym. Unlike our competitors whose workouts are mostly cardio based, our workouts use a combination of resistance and interval cardio training in our workouts
