I liked it a lot. I don't get motivated on my own and I need to be pushed, and you guys pushed me it was great. Even though at times I felt like I was going to DIE, you guys encouraged me and I survived. Thanks again and lets see if I can loose another 14lbs and a little more then 3% body fat this month.

It was a great way to kick off the new year. Best Body Bootcamp - and the group - provided me the motivation I needed. I had grown tired/complacent about going to the gym and doing the same old thing -- and tired of getting the same old results (if any). My greatest achievement is the tremendous increase in physical stamina -- and the euphoric high that gives me -- and sustains me throughout the day. I look forward to the 3 mornings a week.

Class was great! My physical appearance did not change much HOWEVER... I notice a huge difference in my performance! SO much that i'm signed up for another class. The time of day is perfect for people with busy work lives- at 6am nothing interferes with your schedule, where evening classes or gym trips can become inconsistant due to other responsibilities. All of the instructors are great; motivating, encouraging and making fitness fun.We plan on coming back!

Overall, I enjoyed my bootcamp experience. The intensity of the workouts was great, and there was enough leeway in the individual exercises so that people could do them at their own ability levels. plus, the time and location were extremently convenient. It almost made getting up at 5:20am three times a week painless.

Best Body Bootcamp was an awesome experience! I liked the idea of an intense hour workout, where you never know what is going to be expected of you! I was constantly being challenged by the instructors, always encouraged to give 110% during each and every workout! I saw immediate results from my first session, which inspired me to keep working out to achieve my fitness goals. If you want to do something that is fun and challenging, Best Body Bootcamp is something you should definitely try!

I felt really great after each class. My cardio has increased and I would love to take the class again to continue the positive effects it has shown on myself. It's hard for me to attend classes downtown as I don't live in the city but this worked out well because of the class time.
