All kinds of people attend, anyone from the beginner who has never worked out before to the advanced exerciser looking for some variety and excitement in their workouts.

Why should I participate?

Your physical appearance, energy levels and general well being will improve within the first 2 weeks. You will learn how to eat properly and your goals will be monitored on a regular basis. You will also meet great people who share your same passion for attaining their Best Body and a healthy mind.

What differentiates the Best Body Bootcamp from other bootcamps?
  • Our instructors are all certified trainers who are trained in CPR and First Aid. They are also Nutrition and Wellness Specialists. They put safety and proper technique first. Your form is constantly monitored and we make sure you are performing each and every exercise in a safe and effective way.

  • We have an alternate indoor location for days when it is raining. This ensures that you won’t miss a workout due to the unpredictable weather and means you can do the Best Body Bootcamp year round.

  • We provide lockers and shower facilities making it more convenient to attend the Best Body Bootcamp before work.

  • Each class is different to keep the program fresh and stimulating. We constantly challenge your muscles into new growth, making sure that your body never adapts to the exercises. This is known as “Muscle Confusion”. Confusing the muscles makes your body work harder to keep up and gets you to your Best Body faster. Workouts include cardiovascular drills, resistance training, pilates and yoga based exercises, kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching. We teach you about proper form and “core stability” and you’ll always have fun!

  • Our program recognizes the importance of balancing regular exercise with healthy eating in achieving optimal health. You will receive regular nutritional counseling, weekly meal guidelines, tasty recipes & a 4-week meal plan tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle.

What does the Initial Assessment Include?
  • We give you an introduction to the Best Body BootCamp and answer any questions you may have.

  • We educate you on how to read labels.

  • We set short and long term goals

  • We give you guidelines for optimal nutrition and recipes to ensure you get to you Best Body.

  • We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. The numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3 – 8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!

  • You will receive your welcome package which includes a Best Body t-shirt, a binder with your assessment results, a food log, and some sample recipes.
