    I have just finished my first week. I know it's early but I'm surprised just how challenging the week has been. Mark Reisler is excellent, the park is beautiful and the program interesting. I'm never bored and use the hour to its fullest. Running the hills at York Mills Park has made me realize just how out of shape I am. I'm sure once the program is over I will have improved immensely as I have in my first week. So far the boot camp has captured my imagination and pleasantly surprised me. Keep up the good work.

    Mark made sure that we went beyond our current limits and challenged us with every exercise we did. He took the time to correct our form. He provided us with knowledge on health and nutrition. There is opportunity for further cool down at the end of each session as it was rushed at times. Overall Mark did a amazing job leading the class and encouraging us. If it wasn't for him, I would not feel as good from my workouts as I did. I look forward to having him as my instructor again!

    I really enjoyed this block of bootcamp. I had done the October (outdoors) block and was concerned that indoors would not be as good, or yield as good results, but I am happy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it again (clearly, as I am doing it again this March session).

    I signed up to the bootcamp as I wanted to improve my fitness (I'm doing a charity run in April), my energy levels, my body and to prove I could do it and get results. The bootcamp has delivered on everything I wanted to achieve and that's why I've signed up again. About four years ago I quit drinking and have changed parts of my lifestyle to build on self-improvement. The bootcamp has been another chapter in this and I'm really pleased it has worked out so well, Alberts' a great instructor. I believe the most important thing for an instructor to do, to help the student achieve their goals, is to push the student's limits in an enthusiastic yet realistic manner and Albert achieves this very well, so I would definitely recommend him to others. I don't want someone to give me praise and encouragement every single minute and let me reach a "comfort plateau", but I do want someone to raise the bar on what I can achieve each week and that's what Albert does.

    Before joining BBB, I'd had 2 gym memberships which were a complete waste of money. I had no idea what I should be doing at the gym to achieve the results I wanted, so I quickly lost my motivation & gave up. I'd seen ads on-line for bootcamps, and I watch the bootcamp shows on TV, always thinking - this is what I need. Someone to tell me what to do & push me to go further. I'm so glad to have found BBB. I have to say that I was initially very intimidated to join. I thought I'd be the only out-of-shape, non-athletic person in the class. On our first morning, I was glad to see that there was a good mix of fitness levels in our small group. So now, not only do I feel comfortable working out with people at my own level, but I can look to the other, more advanced people to keep me motivated. (It also helps when there's an advanced person running up the stairs behind me, it makes me go faster because I feel guilty for getting in their way!). Finally, I have to say that Eroca is fantastic. I always feel like she's keeping her eye on me, and making sure that I'm doing things correctly & keeping the 'proper form' while doing our exercises. It's obvious that Eroca loves what she does & cares about our success. I think it says a lot when a trainer can keep you motivated enough to get your butt out of bed at 5am & make it to class 3 days a week. She is truly an inspiration. Although I'm looking forward to working with a different trainer in March, I'm also looking forward to having Eroca back in April when we'll hopefully be doing most of our classes outdoors!     The class is totally the polar opposite of awful!!! Our teacher is perfect (Nicole Sullivan), so unassuming and super observant. Not scary pushy but motivating. Being on the field at bmo is dreamy, the white silk roof billowy and lovely. Class is small and good quiet energy between strangers. So congrats on a job very well done. I am an older woman ( way older then anyone else!!) who thru extreme health reasons has become not exercise able, lazy, fearful of , too sick etc etc. to attend to myself healthfully. From cancer chemo surgeries interferon diseased liver, very compromised immune system and just through triple (!!!) Pneumonia Nov-Dec and major great demanding work I have not been able to make the right workout connection at all.. I know how hard successful work is and I truly commend and thank you both. I even have my daughter coming who is a bit over weight sluggish yet willing and this is a vital influence. Really really so well done!! Thank you both!

    Just a note of thanks for a great session of best body bootcamp. Albert was a great instructor who brought forward new ideas and pushed at the right opportunities. Both myself and my colleague (we took this class together) not only enjoyed this class but look forward to tomorrow and quantifying our results. There is no question I feel a difference. I also surprised myself as well as everyone around me by sticking this out. I am looking forward to trying it again in March and finding out what further results I can achieve. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants a challenge, wants to feel healthier, and wants to see but more importantly FEEL results! With Sincere thanks

    I suppose the best endorsement is that I will do a session in the spring as soon as it is outside. I achieved more than I had hoped - lost weight, more energy, better physical tone, lost inches. It was the kickstart that I needed to get back into prebaby shape. It has motivated me to return to the gym and also to take up spinning over the winter.

    It was definitely motivating knowing that i had to pick up my friends and attend the class. We had a great group of people that encouraged each other and pushing me to either run faster, and perform the exercises at a higher level of intensity then if i were to do it on my own. The location is right in my backyard so that's perfect. Daniela was really nice and always smiling and energetic. It was a great combo of both circuit, interval and strength training

    I liked the Best Body Bootcamp a lot. I lost 14lbs and a little more then 3% body fat this month. I don't get motivated on my own and I need to be pushed, and the instructors definitely pushed me. It was great. Even though at times I felt like I was going to die, you guys encouraged me and I survived.

    It was a great way to kick off 2008. Roger and Daniela and the others in the group provided me with the motivation I needed. I had grown tired/complacent about going to the gym and doing the same old thing, and tired of getting the same old results (if any). My greatest achievement is the tremendous increase in physical stamina and the euphoric high that gives me and sustains me throughout the day. I look forward to the 3 mornings a week.

    The time of day is perfect for people with busy work lives- at 6am nothing interferes with your schedule, where evening classes or gym trips can become inconsistent due to other responsibilities. All the instructors are great. They are motivating, encouraging and make fitness fun. We plan on being back for more.

    The fall bootcamps in the Park, in the AM were great because the weather was warm, the trees were beautiful, and the Daniela was great. She lets you go at your own pace, and doesn't make you feel bad if you can't do something. She concentrates on form, and doing the exercise correctly and at your own pace. She also helped me with my nutritional questions. The stretching and the cool down were a perfect way to start the day. I absolutely loved it.

    Overall, I enjoyed my bootcamp experience. The intensity of the workouts was great, and there was enough leeway in the individual exercises so that people could do them at their own ability levels. The time and location were extremely convenient. It almost made getting up at 5:20am three times a week painless.
