Sweat dripping, heart pounding. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than pushing my body to work it’s hardest!
My passion for fitness developed many years ago when I nervously stepped into the local gym. After becoming acquainted I soon became addicted to the benefits that exercise offered me. I wanted to share the benefits of exercising with others and became a certified personal trainer. I am currently continuing my education at Humber College in the Fitness and Health Promotion program, which I will be graduating from this year.
On my spare time I am an active runner and participate in many running events. I also enjoy strength training and yoga. When I am not being active, I enjoy photography and traveling to new and exciting places.
I hope to challenge, motivate and encourage people to achieve their fitness goals and have fun while doing it!
