All my life, physical activity and being healthy have played a main role. After competitively dancing for 13 years, I began training in Tai Boxing and running marathons. This is when I truly developed my love for fitness and I wanted to share it with others. I started teaching kick boxing aerobic classes and with extra training began teaching various classes such as step, pump, yoga and even water aerobics.
What I love most about instructing is the energy I am able to give and receive from my participants. I know that with our busy lifestyles it can be hard to get into a routine, but physical exercise is for your own health. I always ask people how do you feel after you workout. The answer is always “great!”, so I tell them that if they don’t feel motivated to workout, just remember and think of that awesome feeling you get when you are done!
In my spare time I enjoy outdoor sports such as biking and playing tennis in the summer and skiing in the winter. I love cooking and one of my favourite things to do is create twists on certain rich dishes to make them healthy, but of course tasty!
