I am very happy to be a member of BBBC. Even if November has been busy and I could not come a lot, my coach was following with me and I was pushed to come back. When I came back, I felt so much energy.

Alright, so I was sitting here last night. I had a bag of salt and vinegar crisps and a warm can of Diet Coke. Yeah, classy. I was scrolling through my phone, trying to find somewhere to drop a few quid. And I kept seeing this phrase ‘best international online casino 2026 uk players’ pop up. But honestly? Most of the sites I clicked on looked exactly the same. Same slots. Same boring layout.
Let me tell you what I actually care about. It isn’t the flashy banners. It isn’t the promise of a “VIP experience.” I want to know if the RTP is real. Do they actually pay out the percentage they claim? Or do they drop it down when you are not looking?
So here is the thing. I play a lot of Book of Dead. I mean, a lot. Usually on my phone while waiting for the kettle to boil. Most of these international casinos that accept UK players say the RTP is 96.21%. But I have seen a few where it just feels… lower. You spin 50 times and you have nothing left.
I specifically look for the ‘best international online casino 2026 uk players’ that actually show the RTP in the game info screen. You know the ones. You click the little ‘i’ icon and it tells you the house edge. Some of the bigger brands, like LeoVegas or Casumo, they are pretty good at this. They don’t hide it.
But I found a site last week. It was a .com domain, not .uk. They took my payment fine. But the slot I was playing (some ancient Egyptian thing) felt dead. I checked the info and the RTP was listed as 94%. That is terrible. That is like playing a slot in a physical arcade. So I cashed out immediately. Lost a tenner on the fees though.
I hate reading terms and conditions. I really do. It is like doing homework. But if you are looking for the best international online casino 2026 uk players, you have to skim them. Here is what I look for specifically:
I am going to be honest with you. I have played on probably 20 different sites in the last year. I get bored easily. But there are a few that I keep coming back to. They aren’t perfect, but they are consistent.
First off, Betway. They have been around forever. They are solid. The mobile app is fine. It doesn’t crash. But the game selection is a bit… old. Lots of classic slots. Not as many new releases as some other sites.
Then there is 888 Casino. They have a lot of exclusive games which is cool. But their verification process is annoying. They ask for so many documents. It took me three days to get verified once. I just wanted to play some roulette.
LeoVegas is my usual go-to. They market themselves as the ‘King of Mobile’. And yeah, the app is smooth. But the promotions? They are okay. Not amazing. I got a reload bonus last month that was 50% up to £100. Wagering was 35x. That is fair.
PlayOJO is different. No wagering on your winnings. That is the whole thing. You get real cash from the spins. But the bonus amounts are usually smaller. It is a trade-off.
This is where a lot of international casinos fail. You need to be able to deposit in GBP without stupid fees. The best international online casino 2026 uk players should offer:
I deposited £50 into a new site last week using PayPal. It was instant. I got a 100% matched deposit bonus up to £200. I played for about two hours. I cashed out £120. Withdrew back to PayPal. The money was in my bank account the next morning. That is what I want.
Look, I know I keep going on about RTP. But it matters. Especially when you are playing on an international site. Some of these casinos are licensed in Malta or Curacao. They have different rules than UKGC sites.
For example, a UKGC licensed casino (like Bet365) has to publish the RTP for every game. They are regulated very strictly. But an international casino that accepts UK players? They might be licensed in Curacao. They don’t have to be as transparent.
I actually tested this once. I played the same slot (Starburst) on a UKGC site and a Curacao site. Same deposit amount (£20). Same bet size (£0.50). On the UKGC site, I played 40 spins and had about £12 left. On the Curacao site, I played 40 spins and had £4 left. Is that proof? No. But it made me suspicious.
I don’t do star ratings. I do a “Would I Deposit Again?” test. Here is how the big brands stack up:
Okay, so why ‘2026’? I think people are trying to look ahead. They want a site that is going to be around for a while. That isn’t going to shut down or change its terms. The best international online casino 2026 uk players is probably a site that has been around for 5+ years already.
New casinos are risky. They offer massive bonuses to get you in. But they might not pay out quickly. Or they might have terrible support. I had a problem with a new casino last month. My withdrawal was pending for 5 days. I emailed support. No reply for 48 hours. I messaged the live chat. They said “it is under review.” I had to send them a photo of my passport and a utility bill. It was a nightmare.
Stick with the established brands. LeoVegas, Casumo, 888, Betway. They might not give you a 500% bonus. But you will get your money. And your RTP will be fair.
I know I already talked about T&Cs. But I have to mention this. Some bonuses have a “time limit” on the wagering. Like, you have 7 days to wager the bonus amount. That is stressful. If you have a £100 bonus with 35x wagering, you have to play £3,500 worth of spins in 7 days. That is a lot of playing. Especially if you have a job.
I usually look for bonuses that give you 30 days. Or even unlimited. Some sites like Casumo give you 30 days for most bonuses. That is much more manageable.
18+. This is serious. I set a deposit limit on my account. I do £200 a month. If I lose it, I stop. I don’t chase losses. That is how you get into trouble. The best international online casino 2026 uk players will have tools for this. Deposit limits. Reality checks. Self-exclusion. Use them.
I actually use the reality check feature on LeoVegas. It pops up every hour and tells me how long I have been playing and how much I have won or lost. It is annoying, but it keeps me honest.
If you forced me to pick one site that fits the ‘best international online casino 2026 uk players’ description right now? I would say LeoVegas. Or Casumo. They are both reliable. They both pay out fast. They both have good mobile apps. The RTPs are published. The bonuses are fair.
But honestly? It depends on what you want. If you want a huge bonus, go to a new site and risk it. If you want safety and a decent game selection, stick with the big names.
Just remember to check the RTP. And don’t play on an empty stomach. Those salt and vinegar crisps were a mistake. My fingers are still orange.
Good luck. And gamble responsibly.
From my experience, LeoVegas and Casumo are the safest bets. They are reliable, have good RTPs, and pay out quickly. But always check the latest reviews.
Some do. I have seen it happen on Curacao-licensed sites. Stick with UKGC or Malta-licensed sites (like 888 or Betway) if you want transparent RTPs.
35x is standard. Anything over 40x is a rip-off. Also check the time limit. 30 days is good. 7 days is a scam.
Yes, most of the big ones accept PayPal. LeoVegas, Casumo, and 888 all do. It is the safest way to deposit and withdraw.
The ones I mentioned are licensed by the UKGC or Malta Gaming Authority. They are legal for UK players. Always check the license at the bottom of the page.
I know this was a bit all over the place. But that is how gambling is. It is messy. You win some. You lose some. The key is to find a site that is fair. That doesn’t rig the RTP. That pays out when you win.
So if you are searching for the best international online casino 2026 uk players, just take my advice. Check the RTP. Read the T&Cs (even the boring bits). Use PayPal. And don’t trust the flashy ads. Trust the actual experience.
Now I am going to go make a cup of tea. And maybe spin a few rounds on Starburst. Wish me luck.

My journey in fitness and health began about 15 years ago. Before that, like many of you I struggled with yo-yo dieting, and doing countless hours of cardio just to stay looking slim. Boy I wish I could talk some sense into my past self! But health is a journey and I am so grateful for all of my experiences, which have shaped what I have to offer our members today. It occurred to me one day that I could not help my clients make changes and make better choices, without first focusing on myself. It was through completing my Holistic Lifestyle Coach Certification that I was able to change my relationship to food and be able to genuinely help clients get closer to their goals. My increasing passion for nutrition and health led me to become certified as a Health Coach. As a health coach, I am able to help my clients delve deeper into your relationship with food and their health. What lies beneath our patterns and habits is fascinating and when you can tap into that it can have an incredibly powerful impact on our lives, and bring about real change! These days I leave most of the bootcamp training to our awesome trainers, but I continue to share my passion for nutrition and fitness in our private member facebook group and work on our ever evolving member offerings. My other passion? I am the luckiest mom to a 9-year-old boy. He keeps me on my toes and I must admit has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. Together with hubby Roger Nahas, we like to spend plenty of time outdoors, along with the latest family hobby – board games. When I get me time, I like to do yoga, read, cook, and spend time in nature. I look forward to having you join us! CERTIFICATIONS/ACHIEVEMENTS: Health Coach Certification – Health Coach Institute

Over the years I have experienced first hand the life changing benefits of incorporating the right kind of exercise into my life. That motivated me to become a personal trainer 15 years ago, and it still continues to motivate me today. I want everyone to be able to to experience what exercise can do for their well being, self confidence and physique.
I used to struggle with my nutrition in a big way, so I completely empathize with you, if this is the hardest part for you when it comes to seeing long term change. I once struggled with eating disorders, followed by any years of a very negative relationship to food, even during my initial years as a personal trainer.

My journey in fitness and nutrition is a little different than most. You see, I’m a former fat kid! The kid who was a total introvert! I was always the guy who was too embarrassed to take his shirt off at the beach! But I remember the day everything changed for me – I looked in the mirror and wasn’t happy with what I saw. I made the decision to change my body and my life. It was 1999 and I took a before pic and measurements and body fat and I entered the Body for Life Challenge. Over the next 90 days, I completely changed my eating habits, and worked out regularly. I actually was awarded the Canadian Grand Champion for my age category! I was no longer the fat kid. I looked forward to getting to a beach so I could take my shirt off and I became more outgoing and fun! After seeing the difference it made in my life I decided that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people realize the amazing benefits of optimal health and fitness. I started out as most trainers do in your typical gym. After years of working in a gym setting, I was getting disillusioned with how Big Box Gyms operated. I wanted to train people functionally and to make their bodies strong in the movements they used in the real word. I wanted to make working with a highly trained instructor more affordable, and I wanted to make fitness fun because let’s face it; if you are having a blast, it makes it that much easier to stick to it. The result was the launching of Best Body . I have to tell you that although I looked great in the after pic above, the food and exercise plans I followed to get that after pic, hurt me in the long run. It made me look good from the outside but my body was breaking down on the inside. The way I was working out and what I thought was healthy eating was in fact hurting me in the long run. I was over training, taking longer to recover from my workouts, I tore my rotator cuff and had gut issues. Nothing I could do was helping and then I was introduced to a C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach who helped me. Turns out I was stressing my body beyond repair and then giving it food that wasn’t helping but was actually stressing my body even more. He made me look at my body and the food I put into it in a totally different way. That lead me to complete my certification as a C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach and we pass that knowledge on and encourage holistic nutrition to our members. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of Best Body Bootcamp, I also work with individual clients doing fitness training as well as holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching. When I’ve got a bit of free time, I spend as much of it as possible with my wife and son, I bike year round, play hockey, practice Tai Chi daily, read & take courses. I hope to see you soon so we can transform your body and life! CERTIFICATIONS/ACHIEVEMENTS: C.H.E.K Golf Performance Specialist
