I am very happy to be a member of BBBC. Even if November has been busy and I could not come a lot, my coach was following with me and I was pushed to come back. When I came back, I felt so much energy.

If you’re part of a community, then you’ve trained for this event all year long, so it’s a great way to see your hard work pay off!

STRENGTH TESTING ALLOWS YOU TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE SO THAT YOU HAVE A CLEAR PLAN OF WHERE YOU’RE GOING
During this fun morning you will learn what weights you should be lifting to push yourself on strength days and get optimal results.
We focus on the most common movements: Squat, Deadlift, Push, Press and Row.
The greatest takeaway is that you get to see how strong you really are, work on form, and get an individual program, all so you can get more from your workouts.

Last year we had an amazing turnout for Tough Mudder so we’re making it a tradition! Even members that we’re intimidated of the obstacles, getting muddy and making it through the course, made it through with flying colours and with extra pride and confidence for participating!
Yes you get muddy, yes it’s tough, but you will not be alone for a second, team Best Body works together to make through each and every obstacle and does not leave any members behind!
